Calling all wild water beings! This week-long holiday offers a chance to discover the delightful swimming on our doorstep, from gorges, waterfalls and rock pools, to river beaches, canyons and canoes…

The Orb. The Arles. The Langlade. The Fréjo. The Jaur - and more. 

Each day, there will be the option to visit and explore one or more stunning wild swim spots, either by foot or a short car journey, or to choose optional activities such as a day canoeing down the river Orb. 

When we moved here, one of the biggest pulls was the abundance of exceptional wild swimming. At the end of summer, the water will be at its warmest and most inviting after the summer crowds have gone. A truly golden time of year where we harvest ripe tomatoes, figs and grapes, enjoying local fare at excellent restaurants and markets.

This week-long, largely self-catered holiday includes: 

• 7 nights’ gite accommodation in our home in Colombières-sur-Orb

• 6 days of guided visits to hand-picked ‘golden’ local swim spots

• Ample time in Nature to walk or cycle, or rest by our pool and garden

• First night, home-cooked 3 course welcome dinner overlooking the Caroux mountain, plus one other dinner offered during the week

• Optional add-ons (booked separately): canoeing, canyoning, horse riding, climbing, etc. as well as extra nights’ accommodation, individual wellbeing treatments (massage, reflexology, coaching, etc.)
