Join us for SHOOTING, the second of our five Seasons of the Soul encounters, held in the beautiful Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, southern France.

This five day encounter takes place at the height of Spring (and over the long Easter weekend). It is an opportunity for feeling into our aliveness and longings, of celebrating fresh new growth and learning to be tender and patient with ourselves as our soul’s calling unfolds.

In an intimate group of up to eight, we will sit in circle, share nourishing home-cooked meals, and spend time in nature. Together, we’ll explore a cyclical, soulful way of living that offers rest, depth, and reconnection.

  • This year, we invite you to journey through the five outer and inner seasons. Each retreat is an immersion into the wisdom of that time of year, offering embodied practices and soulful values to carry into daily life.

    SHOOTING is the Spring encounter. It is a time of feeling our vitality and inner sap rising, sensing into our potential and our soul’s calling, and learning how to listen to and manage our energies as we go out into the world. Through creativity, ritual, stillness, and reflection, we will explore:

    Birthing Courage – Playful Mistakes – a Shrine to Innocence – Planting out the potager – Foraging – Cherishing – Natural Mandala – Plunge in the Gorge – Hearing your Soul’s Call – Opening to desire, risking Eros – Putting out Tendrils – Self-regulating and pacing – Exploring the sensual world: a meal, blindfolded!

    • 5 nights’ accommodation in our home in Colombières-sur-Orb

    • 4 days of guided retreat sessions and group circles

    • All home-cooked meals during the retreat

    • Time in nature, creative practice, and space for rest

    • Optional add-ons (available to book separately): extra nights’ accommodation, individual wellbeing treatments (massage, reflexology, coaching, etc.)

    • Arrival: from 15:00 on 3rd April

    • Departure: by 15:00 on 8th April

      Travel:

      • 50 mins from Béziers (train or airport, Ryanair)

      • 90 mins from Montpellier (airport, Easyjet)

      • Pick-ups available (€45 from Béziers, €60 from Montpellier)

      • TGV trains to Béziers or Montpellier, then local train or bus to Bédarieux

      • Driving from SE England takes one long day or two easy days with a stop

    • Not included: travel, insurance, meals taken outside the retreat, personal purchases

    • Extra nights: subject to availability (Studio €45–64 per night, Gîte €58–69 per night)

    • Treatments: €50–70 per hour. Options include Lomi-lomi massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, cycle awareness coaching, Feldenkrais
