Join us for FRUITING, the third of our Seasons of the Soul encounters, held in the beautiful Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, southern France.

This week-long retreat celebrates and reflects on harvest time, where we pause to look back on all that has come to fruition for us this past cycle - both what we want to value and savour, as well as what needs to cut back and let go - as we prepare to move into Autumn.

In an intimate group of up to eight, we will sit in circle, share nourishing home-cooked meals, and spend time in nature. Together, we’ll explore a cyclical, soulful way of living that offers rest, depth, and reconnection.

  • This year, we invite you to journey through the outer and inner seasons. Each retreat is an immersion into the wisdom of that time of year, offering embodied practices and soulful values to carry into daily life.

    This Fruiting encounter is the time of Autumn harvest, where we bring and preserve the fruits of our labour and like the falling leaves, pause to take stock and prepare the ground for the descent into darkness.

    We explore the organic rhythms of the dance of Fruiting time through the encounters of:

    Pruning – Discernment and Priorities – Taking Stock –Gathering Fruits – Preserving what is Precious – Wisdom and Eldership – Embracing Intricacy and Complexity – Praying into Discomfort – Holding the Tension – Far Sight and Alchemy – Unlearning and Letting Go – The Truth-Teller: Saying What you Mean – Savouring: a Harvest Festival – A Crowning Ceremony!

    • 7 nights’ accommodation in our home in Colombières-sur-Orb

    • 6 half-days of guided retreat sessions and group circles

    • Ample time in nature, creative practice, and space for rest

    • Half-board: breakfasts provided and one other home-cooked meal served daily during the retreat

    • Optional add-ons (available to book separately): extra nights’ accommodation, individual wellbeing treatments (massage, reflexology, coaching, etc.)

    • Arrival: from 15:00 on 12th September

    • Departure: by 12:00 on 19th September

    • Travel:

      • 50 mins from Béziers (train or airport, Ryanair)

      • 90 mins from Montpellier (airport, Easyjet)

      • Pick-ups available (€45 from Béziers, €65 from Montpellier)

      • TGV trains to Béziers or Montpellier, then local train or bus to Bédarieux

      • Driving from SE England takes one long day or two easy days with a stop

    • Not included: travel, insurance, meals taken outside the retreat, personal purchases

    • Extra nights: subject to availability (Studio €45–64 per night, Gîte €58–69 per night)

    • Treatments: €55–75 per hour. Options include Lomi-lomi massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, cycle awareness coaching, Feldenkrais
