This week-long encounter takes place in glorious midsummer. A time to celebrate our unique gifts and to manifest our dreams, whilst feasting on the abundant fragrances and foods of the garden, actual and metaphorical.

In this height of summer, we invite you to explore: 

  • The pleasures of wild water swimming.

  • Showing up for parenting yourself through raising your voice, in song and prayer.

  • Cultivating the art of the siesta.

  • Committing to your legacy through a gratitude walk, creative play and taking the time to manifest your desires.

  • Harvesting from the ripening garden and cooking together to create a summer feast. 

This week is for you if: 

  • You want to learn how to manifest what you long for

  • You want to expand into a sense of your power, sovereignty and authenticity so that you are confident to radiate your individual magnificence into the world

  • You want to practice savouring, gratitude and celebration for your blessings

  • You want to connect and practise your creativity

  • You want to connect with flowers and work with flower medicine

  • Flowering time here brings us to the wild warm waters of river and gorge, seeking shade from the heat and feasting on the delicious bounty of summer fruit and vegetables in the cooler evenings.

    This phase of the cycle is reflected in the full moon, ovulation, the time of parenthood-adulthood and the way of the flower and ripening grains.

    In an intimate group of up to eight, we will take time sit in circle, share nourishing home-cooked meals, work with intentional practices (ritual, ceremony, spell-work) and spend time in nature.

    • 6 half-days of guided retreat sessions and group circles

    • Ample time in nature, creative practice, and space for rest

    • breakfast starter-pack provided plus three other home-cooked meals during the retreat, otherwise self-catering

    • Optional add-ons (available to book separately): extra nights’ accommodation, individual wellbeing treatments (massage, reflexology, coaching, etc.)

    • Arrival: from 15:00 on 19th June

    • Departure: by 12:00 on 26th June

    • Travel:

      • 50 mins from Béziers (train or airport, Ryanair)

      • 90 mins from Montpellier (airport, Easyjet)

      • Pick-ups available (€55 from Béziers, €80 from Montpellier)

      • TGV trains to Béziers or Montpellier, then local train or bus to Bédarieux

      • Driving from SE England takes one long day or two easy days with a stop

    • Not included: travel, insurance, meals taken outside the retreat, personal purchases

    • Extra nights: subject to availability (Studio €45–64 per night, Gîte €58–69 per night)

    • Treatments: €55–75 per hour. Options include Lomi-lomi massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, cycle awareness coaching, Feldenkrais
