Once settled, I will be offering several Cycle Awareness based Retreats that specifically mark the most pignant moments along our cyclical journey:

Treatments
Enjoy individual wellbeing treatment(s) in our beautiful chalet with a choice of:
Feldenkrais Functional Integration
Each of the modalities can be a treatment session but I often combine different techniques to suit your needs for that session.
During these sessions, you may also like to explore any personal challenges or changes you want to make in your life.
Alongside these treatments, we can use practical personal enquiry methods to explore the best ways to make change.
Or try a gentle Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement (ATM) lesson – minimum 2 people.
Cost of sessions: Euro 55 per 1 hour treatments session
Cost of classes: Euro 15 per person
Meals
You can choose to self-cater in part or whole, or we can serve you delicious local, seasonal home-cooked food, supplemented from our vegetable garden.
Cost per person:
Breakfast: Euro 9 pp
Lunch: 15 Euro pp
Supper: 22 Euro pp
